looked last year, housing prices there hadnt gone up yet. IDK if it changed.

You could get a really nice house for like 250k. Im talking double car garage and 3 bedrooms, newer.

no state taxes.

Desantis is a god but long term they will get a democrat gov in the future again.

Housing prices are up. Desantis isn't sht, he just handled this fake ass virus better than most other governors. No state taxes is a plus. Gun laws aren't great here.

I think living in the beach suburbs of J-ville would be the GOAT.

Brb, everyone who flocks to Florida flocks to greater Miami Ft. Lauderdale. Brb flying under the radar by having a vacation house in Fernandina Beach. Maybe someday when money ain't no thang.
