Partied there once with a girl I was friends with

Once we got to the bar the girl I was with separated from me because we wanted to check things out. Ran into her again 20 minutes after getting there and she was completely fuked up

Some guy was with her trying to lead her out to his car. Stopped him and asked what was wrong with her. Dude told me they were dating blah blah blah (total bull**** obviously since I came with her)

Dude clearly drugged her and was trying to take her home. Punched him in the face and took my friend home, she passed out pretty much right away.

Pretty much my only experience with Jacksonville. Pretty white trash place

Full of nothing but white trash and ghetto blacks. Lack of proper city planning makes Jacksonville a hard to navigate clusterfuk. The only upside was cheap rent/housing/cost of living, but those days are over.

Looks like the 'blackest' major FL city is Tallahassee & then jacksonville. Tallahassee : Tallahassee, FL are White (Non-Hispanic) (51.6%), Black or African American (Non-Hispanic) (34.3%), White (Hispanic) (5.37%), Asian (Non-Hispanic) (4.41%), and Two+ (Non-Hispanic) (2.33%).

Jacksonville : Jacksonville, FL are White (Non-Hispanic) (50.4%), Black or African American (Non-Hispanic) (30.3%), White (Hispanic) (7.68%), Asian (Non-Hispanic) (4.72%), and Two+ (Non-Hispanic) (3.26%).
I was exaggerating a little but those are all within about 5% points of Jacksonville except Miami which is majority hispanic. I see you didn't include Pensacola in this list which is majority black. Look at major southern cities outside of Florida and they are all majority black except for places in west Texas and east Tennessee
