hes counting calories wrong. There is no way to maintain 260 lbs at 1400 calories a day even with a thyroid disorder

I lost 100 pounds eating 2500 calories per day. never ate less than that. Easy and rarely hungry.

To gain weight, eat 3000-3500+.

If I was completely sedentary, maybe 2.8k-3k

If I trained hard, now prob looking at ~3.3k-3.5k
