Depends on goals/lifestyle. Most people should be capping out at 2000 absolute max due to all the sedentariness in modern life. Some even a bit lower. Active people can probably do a bit more.

But for miscers like you op, I recommend exactly 350 Calories a day

12 X Target Body Weight = Daily Calories Needed.

Example - 12 X 200 = 2,400 Calories.

I feel my metabolism is ****ed. When I was 190lbs I was eating a chicken breast and a cup of milk for the entire day. I wasn’t gaining weight or losing it. I’ve gained 60lbs after and lost them, the amount of food I have to eat to lose weight is downright criminal. Literally have to starve myself with 1400 calories to lose 1lbs a week @ 260lbs
-Some people say good things come to those who wait, truth is, good things come to those who work..... who work later.....who work harder...... who are willing to go further than anyone else to get them. If you're waiting for good things to come to you, you'll be waiting for a pretty long time.

-I'd rather live life saying "I failed" than "I could have"

Are you weighing and measuring your food? if not, your probably way off. If you just drop a standard serving size into your calorie calculator you will always underestimate by a large amount.

I wither away at lightspeed for anything less than 3k a day. I could go from 190 to 180 in 1 week tops on 1400 to 2000 a day.

Wow I never knew this. It gets me close to the number that you have to use on those TDEE sites where you have to enter your age and height and everything. But this is much simpler.
