The whole series was entirely forgettable and low stakes. And worse than that, it diluted the uniqueness of steve Rogers's abilities.

I pretty much said the opposite of this for WandaVision. Instead of having the two most powerful avengers battle every episode, to save money the made them play dress and recreate old sitcoms

BETTER off just doing another live action spider man tv show.as incredibly lame as the webs and suit looked in the 70s tv show it was not that bad. nor were the made for tv movies it was apart of.

The "woke" stuff was source material in the comics. I did like the story arc because the way Isaiah was talking to Sam about holding the shield and representing America was authentic Black Man to Black Man commentary. Sh*t hit me in the feels. I didn't think it was preachy but I could argue that the "do better" talk could have been.

I thought the Flag Smasher leader became more and more of a whiny, bratty kid. I liked Zemo but like Sharon he sort of became a different character than what they were in Civil War.

I actually loved seeing John Walker become a tragic hero and later calling out the committee who stripped them of his rank "You made me." He is a soldier that follows commands and does what America has told him to do to the best of his ability.

Bucky was definitely nerfed but like someone mentioned he probably isn't full killer assassin now.

There's certainly things to nitpick in the show and plot holes but I wouldn't say I was disappointed. Far from it.



BTW they apparently had a pandemic sub-plot but with Coronavirus being a real thing they had to strip that part of the story so it definitely affected the finished product.

BTW props to Wyatt Russell for making such an unlikable character to the point that he got hate mail for playing US Agent. Just goes to show you how amazing an actor he is.

I liked a few episodes like the one where Walker beat the guy to death with the shield.

Thought the finale was a big disappointment.

I'm hoping Loki takes it up a notch, so far both Wanda Vision and this were pretty meh.

All your points are things that can be said about all the comic book movies minus Batman.

Zemo and Walker story was actually pretty good.

Flag Smahers were the worst. The story doesn't work because we're supposed to sympathize somewhat with the people who were left behind after the snap. This was only briefly shown during EndGame, so no one gives a fuk.

Bucky was nerfed because Sam is just a guy with wings. I do like Sam as Cap. They really do hammer too much on the 'not a good soldier, but a good man' thing.
