Nothing... except that phones will have mandatory street settings which disable recording of any more than 5 seconds automatically based off GPS location. Also the mandatory 10 second wait intervals for video recording which they are going to force into new phone software.

What if a take a photo every day of a building? Legal?
What if I compile them into a time lapse? Illegal?
At what frame rate would a video be considered a slide show?
