I have always wanted to become a tampon. My dream is to be inserted into a woman's chamber of love and absorb her lady juices.

The first few months are a motherfukker but it will be over before you know it. Both of our kids were sleeping thru the night by 6 months.

Your priority is the kids dum-dum. You will definitely have the chance to resume regular workouts and a more healthy sleep cycle, wait until then. The only answer otherwise is to ignore the needs of your kids or to ignore your wife's need of assistance from you right now.

I've been there. Not much you can do.
Best suggestion is to rotate nights with your wife so each of you can get an equal # of nights per week to sleep uninterrupted. I would suggest training the days following those full nights rest. Cut back to 4x a week. Make sure your diet, nutrition, vitamin and mineral intake is on point too.
My daughters mother and I used to do this. I would wake up at 5AM and train the night after my sleep night. It worked out well. Granted it was challenging.

I was in the exact same spot four months ago. Same as you twin boys. It gets a little better a few months in, my sons will generally sleep around 4-5 hours in one shot now. I have lost quite a bit of gains from lack of sleep and terrible diet tho. I’m having a very hard time trying to find time to train again. I recently just started doing push ups in my living room lol
