nah its real. I had it as a kid to late teens. Basically you just destroy everything in your kitchen and lose all self control. I had to remove everything except what i would eat for a year until i was cured. Imagine constantly being hungry no matter how much you eat.

But they would just stop by the bakery and grab baked foods to binge on to deal with stress and other feelings.
A study came out recently that’s not an addiction like with drugs or alcohol. That when removing the foods from the house on which a person binge eats, that the impulse goes away.
