I say this all the time BRB the absolute worst slum is already TURBO over priced because low inventory BRB 10 offers all 20k over SRS once interest rates start raising in the next couple years and people aren't buying as much and there is a massive SURPLUS on houses 10x better then your chit hole and for like 50k less EASILY people will be on SUICIDEWATCH so quick realizing that they can't even sell at current market to get a better house for cheaper because they're so UNDERWATER that they're stuck bag holding like a dumb cuck SRS.

It's not rocket science. Bought a house in 2009 for $275k.. Paid off $160k of original mortgage over the course of 9 years, but in 2020 the house is now worth $380k. I plan on putting off buying a home. Rent a house for me and my family and buying a 4-10 unit multi family property and get some income coming in and pay for my rent as well. And hopefully later down the road sell it and move it to a bigger property and keep moving forward.

Although I dunno how this 1031 exchange is gonna turn out with Biden fuking with everything.

Not saying real estate is bad but it's not the ticket to 10mil net worth 20k month passive ball out YOLO money.
