Look up pilonidal cyst. Had one about ten years ago and there was blood when I wiped for a while but it's a small fissure just above your butt. Make sure you clean it out every time you shower or after taking a dump and it will heal. Hairs get caught in skin and cause a small tear.

I had the same much longer than a week. Too scared to go to the doctor.

Every time I used toilet paper it was so painful. Turns out it was haemorrhoids.

Doctor said use wet wipes. No a single bit of blood or pain ever since. They've been a god send.

Have u been using an oil based lubricant for anal?

If you’re the type that simply can’t be bothered with reapplying at all once you get going — i get it — this lube is the gift that keeps you going, going, and going

Pro tip? Oil-based lubes can double for sexy and fun massage time. But the downside comes if you’re using a latex condom. This type of lube increases the chances of a ripped or torn condom, defeating the condom’s purpose — and your good time in the process
