I have Ariats but they have the softer top and more squared toe so they don't look as old school cowboy. I love them give me like 2 inches height, feel tough when you wear them. Only thing I've thought is odd they don't have much grip unless going down hill. So they aren't super useful in real life work except riding horses. But you always see people wearing them just doing normal work, when work books would work better for normal functionality. They look more badass though

Yeah, but only when I’m going to a country dancehall for two stepping.

I used to wear them when going out to the bars etc. but just kind of stopped over the years.

Update: I got the boots, but I’ll need to get them altered at a cobbler. Too much space in the calf, unfortunately I’m Team No Calves. But these are pretty sick now that I have them in person

I wear a pair of Double-H cowboy boots for most of the year. In Nebraska its basically religion to wear boots and wranglers when its too cold/bad out for 4WD Crocs.

There aren't alot of people that own more than 2 pair, Usually one for wearing and 1 nice pair for dancing. Its pretty easy to spot posers, they wear new looking regular boots and Levi jeans that dont look like they've been worn more than twice.

I have some Ariats but tbh you can't beat laces when it comes to work. Broke them in on the ranch but now I only wear them in place of dress shoes for special occasions.

I wear Justin western work boots in winter a lot. They are great for when you gotta get in deep snow and are surprisingly warm.
Also have a nicer pair of Justin's for going out in winter. Flat toe inly crew tho, just dont like the sharp toe.

Pretty goat to just throw them on and go, no long ass laces to deal with.

Also have a cpl nice Resistol hats. Hardly ever wear them tho cuz i have a big ass head so i look like a clown with a cowboy hat on.
