i ran aol for free like two years lol..... i'd just call to cancel before the free trial date ended and they kept pushing it back lol

Lol when I was like 13 my mom took away the internet, but she would work 10 hour days and I realized you could just enter any numbers for CC # to upgrade the free trial,

It would allow you to sign on for like 2 or 3 days and then cut you off saying it was incorrect and to enter valid CC #. You could then just do the same thing again and get another 2-3 days.

I would just do that and use internet while she was working.

I loved AIM, ICQ, Yahoo Messenger etc etc too but in all honesty, nowadays having a smartphone with discord on it is what we all really would have wanted if it existed at the time. The only thing I can think of that will be better is when they allow us to surgically implant our smartphones into our arm like the predator.. Something I am anxiously waiting for
