Kind of crazy when you look at all the Jackass guys, most of them, if not all of them have grown up and become better people. Only a select few have spiraled further, and none more worse than Bam. Dude obviously took a toll from Dunn's death, but even now that's no excuse. Kind of looks like everyone around him dropped him after he didn't want help, and those who are still around him just enable him.

Kind of crazy too that like 20 years ago we watched these guys do the stupidest ass chit, fully expecting them to be total fuk ups, only to find that a majority of them have actually grown up to be successful and "normal". A few have dropped out of the limelight, some have become motivational speakers, and some have gone on to further their social media careers. But out of all of them, I never expected Bam to be the worst of them, because I figured he had the most money and had his skateboarding career figured out.

Bam's life is such a train wreck and he seems to be scraping the bottom of the barrel constantly. Dude had a lot of promise as a professional skateboarder, but I guess you can't expect much out of a redneck from PA surrounded by other drug and alcohol addicted low IQ dudes that just fuel this behaviour.

Jackass 4 sounds like it's going to be super cringey. A bunch of middle aged dudes acting like drunken teenagers. It was okay in the early 2000s, but shouldn't they be aiming for different goals at this point? I guess when your only marketable skill is being an a$$hole, you have nowhere else to go but down.

Pro skateboarder, jackass movies, MTV show... the man had everything thrown at him to leverage all of that into a serious money making machine whether he kept skating or not he could have used his fame years ago to hire the right people around him and build a huge brand, produce more on MTV and eventually other social / YT etc.

Really sad story.

I saw that video and several IG posts asking for money, he also setup a website for donations (maybe it's in that article I didn't read) but saying how he'd throw a way better movie/party than jackass 4 would be if his fans would donate to him. The og amount he wanted to raise was pretty low too... like a few hundred $k or something, idk what he's worth but probably an amount he should be able to finance or get people around him if he didn't burn every bridge he had?

I wonder what they all made on the jackass stuff, but steve-o mentions exact numbers on some of his per-episode stuff early and it was basically nothing. His podcast/YT has a few really interesting episodes. This one with Rob Dyrdek... could have been Bam's future srs.

Richstrong catching strays in this thread lol. I've never liked Bam. A bunch of my college buddies used to watch his show on MTV and I always thought he was just a mean spirited azzhole. None of this surprises me
