The cop saw the dude ninja rolling under cars, he was scared and alone, he should have waited for another cop to show up to put him in cuffs and hold him at gun point rather than kick him in the head.

Victorville is rough, and they were right next to the ghetto, so cop was probably scared, cop did the wrong thing though big time.

That reporter is lazy, she couldn't drive to the scene an hour away? They just put her in a random parking lot in San Bernardino? Lol at them. To the posts saying it's la, that's about 2 hours away from LA depending on traffic. Victorville is a city that people whom can't afford LA move to.

I can understand the use of force in some cases, but this video is clearly not one of them. The dude raised his hands and laid on the floor, and the cop legit lined up to kick a field goal with the dude’s head. Regardless of whether you believe he deserved it or not, that is not for you nor the cop to decide. Clearly an excessive use of force.

We don't know what happened before the video started! That man may have said a word that he shouldn't have used, or something!

Sarcasm aside, the only way that would be warranted is if the guy just raped or murdered a child or something.

Edit: Oh, he lead them on a high-speed chase. I don't agree with either action. The high speed chase or the field goal kicks to the face. However, the fact everyone is angry about the field goal, and not the high-speed chase which likely endangered dozens of people, is very telling. Accountability should go both ways. Unfortunately, most people only choose to hold one side accountable. Looks like they're both massive scumbags, in this situation.

It takes a strong autist to side with the cop in this. Even if he was a piece of sheet that just ran over somebody during the chase officers have to have enough restraint to not dole out excessive force. That's why we have due process and court rooms. The piece of sheet will get his, but cops like him make the good ones look bad over and over again.
