Did some tradie work back in uni days.
Two convos I remember off the top of my head were going to the stripclub stories, which became pros/cons of prostitution, which became who's Mum was a prostitute, which became who is a *******.
The other was naked sloots (usually cubecells wives) seen on the job. One kunt claimed some sloot next door kept showing herself naked while the builders were there. Eventually guy said fuk it and went round to knock on the door and smashed her guts in.
Basically the misc irl.

if something isnt ready because the equipment, tool or admin process is stopping them from working, they will sit around and bish about not being able to work but they secretly are happy to get a break and chill.

As a road tradie and on newly developed land, we could talk about pretty much anything. Tinder sloots, drugs, video games, the digger driver's upcoming mortgage, where to go for our 3 x 20 min lunches, all kinds of good chit.
As a plant tradie though, your options are more limited to corp culture. We'd stretch in the mornings and talk about whatever, but I worked with a younger crowd so tinder sloots mostly, lol.

it's pretty much a free for all for men.
where i work at least. i do high end re models and often times the customer or contractors are not there (not always) so we're left to ourselves. our boss isn't there either. we take our vans to whatever job site we need to go to
ive been surprised at how many people bring their own music too. they're not shy about playing it in front of the contractors and other stuff too. the contractors are usually pretty cool
but this may not be a normal situation for construction, idk
