I find that this is mostly the case for these losers that got bullied and picked on during their time in school. Once they get into the workforce they feel somewhat protected by company policies and HR so they act all tough/cpmplete douches to make up for all the years of being chitted on. I bet he would not act the same with you if you were out in public instead of in the work place.

I had a guy blame me for missing a deadline. Whilst being reprimanded he said I said something to him that got him so heated that he couldn't work the rest of the day. HR approached me and told me to take it easy on him, they don't want him suing the business.

People at my workplace don't do all that petty stuff which I'm thankful for.

It is a high pressure corporate kind of job, but everyone is really polite.

Maybe because they are mostly Canadian. Good people and enjoy working with them.
