It's a rice like complex carb that rich in fiber and 8g of protein per 1cup serving. I eat chicken over it with avocado and pico de gallo. Tasty as fuk.

You don't even need a special tool; just chop of the ends, slice lengthwise, slice out the seedy center, and you can sautee it in the same pan with the ground turkey and seasoning.

Cutting the seed part out is how you can keep the zucchini a bit firm/not watery.
Lol sounds like too much work. I just toss my quinoa in the pressure cooker and it's ready. Fresh for days, meals for days.

But I'm gonna have to like into this zucchini stuff.

It’s good bro. Make some quinoa and mix it with pesto sauce Black beans and broccoli. Plus it’s a grain with a bunch of protein.

I didn't see it until late Saturday and in the thread you said you were flying back that day.

Yeah, made regular use of zucchini to replace pasta when cutting. I would make spaghetti w/meat sauce for family, then for me use sauteed zucchini w/sauce, both weighed.

I never knew. See user title.

Spent plenty of time sitting at the breakfast table and wasn't allowed to leave because eggs. I picked boiled eggs out of tuna salad so consistently my mom gave up putting them in.

Everyone else likes them though, so I can cook them.

It is kind of poverty, but looks tasty. My mom used to make that (or something extremely similar anyway). She called it "Goulash", but it's obviously nothing like the original Hungarian stuff.

Needs some garlic salt or hot sauce though.
