Dude IIRC this guy is like 85 kilos shredded at 5'10 and he's an ectomorph, so he probably started off at what, like 65 kilos same BF% - go look at what 20KG or 50 pounds of meat looks like and ponder on that being spread on a human body.

IMO it's way too much effort but good on the guys who can commit and have that shredded look.

I don't know. He's been running drugs for over a decade. I'd be interested to see his cycle as most nattys would achieve these results by their second or third cycle. Hopefully he isn't abusing ****.
