Looks like he neglects hammys, but yeah that's the best his physique has ever looked. With the amount of sauce he has used over the years though something like that would be expected.

Dude, i've seen the guy in person - he has quite a bit of lean mass on a small frame.

I don't know how much he takes, but he's good at what he does.

People think that you take some gear and BOOM you become this monster, it doesn't work like that, you gain for the first while, and then it topples off and you can keep getting bigger by taking more, but you just end up looking like a cave man, like literally just look like a dumb meat head instead of a sophisticated gentleman - (or in my case, i go for the sophisticated psychopath image).

I know another dude from my area who is pretty much as shredded as chestbrah and has a super aesthetic appearance, and he wears fitting clothes, etc where you wouldn't even tell that he's SHREDDED whilst at work or when he wears the suits, but once the tops off it's like BOOM - this dude's aesthetic AF though, like been a shredded kunt for 8 or 9 years straight since i've seen him around.

I defs rate it thought and may try and get there one day when i am a bit older and can afford decent quality stuff - keeping it clean and natty for now though.

But yeah, just getting lean is hard, let alone these dudes maintaining 8% BF year round.

For being that lean and that size with that muscle mass his physique is by no means bad but I would want more size but similar leanness and muscle mass.
