Last night I did some stretching with the help of my gf and it seemed to make a big difference. I'm by no means back to normal but at least I was able to shower and walk without having to constantly support myself on any wall or table i'm next to. Still have a shooting pain every few steps so i'm going to do more stretches and nerve flossing throughout the day. You really take being able to do general every day tasks for granted when you can't do chit alone.
A lot of ibuprofen helps let you walk for awhile

Bro that's exactly what I thought.

The Dr. I went to was like "I wish I got into tech instead of medical".

No ****s given, didn't even like his job.

I just assum its a herniation because I have all the symptoms.

I'm going to get one of those fancy full body MRI scans done at Q Bio or prenuvo soon

Had to go to urgent care once for it cause I couldn't even walk. The Drs just assumed I was a druggie that wanted pain killers. Man, smh

ask for lyrica. it targets nerve pain and its the only thing that works. narcs and muscle relaxers dont do anything.

problem with these things are herniations aren't necessarily the cause. a person can come through with a perfect MRI but has significant pain, doesn't mean he is lying. a person can also have an MRI showing 3 herniated discs, has zero back pain
