anyone who says ohp doesnt have carryover to bench is an idiot, you use front delts, upper pecs and triceps all of which are used on bench press.

IMO a lift can't be too tier alpha when you need a rack for it especially considering you have to adjust it for height etc.

Conventional deadlift (no straps, no hitching) reigns supreme imo. It's the only one you can't cheat on.
