No. There is some fat **** at my gym that does this **** for an hour hogging the squat rack. Loads up his 50lbs for 3 reps. Lol and he looks like ****.

OHP and ATG squatting are tied, imo.

In fact I feel strong enough about this that I have debated repeatedly about creating a program where one of the days each week is literally just ATG squatting and OHP.

Probably the log press for the extra strength requirement and also you slam it at the end for true alpha dominance

deadlift is, uses the most muscles and the strongest muscles

OHP is nonsense because 90% of people cheat and use momentum to cheat and it also doesnt even involve legs

Strong this.

Pressing behind the neck is GOAT though, and mogs OHP for shoulder development all day.

Weighted pull ups, nothing more alpha than strapping weights to your belt because your too strong for standard pull ups. Most people couldn’t do 10 reps with their own body weight.

Alpha is relative to how much is lifted. For ohp anything less than 1.25x body weight is not alpha.

Shoulder pressing is definitely pretty alpha. The shoulders play a huge role and overall strength, from throwing punches, to throwing objects and people. Men with strong shoulders are typically just overall strong as well.

Unfortunately, I have never had strong shoulders. It is something I greatly understand the implications of…

Good to see OHP getting its respect. At my gym, it is pretty rare to see despite there being more than enough racks and space to do the exercise.
