The amount of time an energy I wasted on how to pick up women and how to talk to them, then ultimately just realizing standing out in the crowd and still being attractive removed 100% of the effort, and that all the chit you thought was important is almost meaningless.
I mean sure theres a different level of confidence too, but honestly once I broke up with a chick that ****ed me up I have never regarded any female as equal to her so there was never any sort of anxiety or fear of talking to a woman after that.
