How do I hit on girls without it being awkward?

Srs need help, theres 2 chicks that work with me at my new internship. Could be single
What are some good ways to hit on them without it being too awkward? should I just say nice xxx and then say some stupid bs
Then ask how was your weekend?

its pretty simple

the better looking you are compared to the girl you are interested in, the greater chance of success. So the better looking you are period the more success you have. But you can base your risk based on how good you look vs them.

i honestly think you just need a little bit going on.

this makes you more talkative and you can open up about the stuff you're doing/ done.

this means you should approach!! as it will get the ball rolling. then you'll realize you can go to any place and do the same. and then all of the sudden you'll have a lot to talk about

it prob means you'll strikeout originally.. but again.. even the failure will give you stories

I remember being at this level. Its funny because I was there most of my dating life, then when I got really jacked and stood out way more, I would typically pick the prettiest girl in a room, say at the club, a party, a show, meeting friends somewhere like topgolf w/e and just go introduce myself and I KID YOU NOT they would always have this smile, like thank god the good looking single guy picked me. I would always look them in the eyes and it was just obvious we both knew just by me walking over to her what both of our intentions were. Thats about when it became less fun. Lived that up for about a year before I decided to settle down because it just distracted me from my full potential with other things in life.

Theres nothing like watching the bitchiest stuck up girl too go from that to all giddy and shy around you.

that's true but if his avi his him he has about 10 years of lifting to go to get to that form

whereas he can start getting preoccupied this weekend and have something to talk about next weekend

no im just saying its all so much about looks

The amount of time an energy I wasted on how to pick up women and how to talk to them, then ultimately just realizing standing out in the crowd and still being attractive removed 100% of the effort, and that all the chit you thought was important is almost meaningless.

I mean sure theres a different level of confidence too, but honestly once I broke up with a chick that ****ed me up I have never regarded any female as equal to her so there was never any sort of anxiety or fear of talking to a woman after that.
