I think its the same logic people who say they can't find jobs where they are......move? There's 50 states and PR......odds are if you have a good enough skill they will even pay for relocation.

I have been head hunted to go around the world with my line of work, sometimes they pay for relocation, sometimes its just 4-5 months in a hotel around the world.......I think this is where you as an adult have to navigate what life brings you and offers you, and what you can go out and do for yourself.

Much like we discussed before, personal responsibility. It sucks, but it works......

Hey guys, we crushed the economy, shut out help outside our own, and now only we can save it by funneling your money back to you. We created the problem, AND the solution (which is a worse problem). Aren't we doing a great job as leaders? Pathetically pretending to solve a problem we created?

My only point is dem ran areas are notoriously bad for small businesses, but both parties suck the dick of mega corps. I just think it's a bit silly when liberals still pretend dems are all about the little guy.

The estimate is about 30% of the nations small businesses were forced to close during covid for good, but it's a hell of a lot less in areas with more limited government that didn't enforce gestapo-like lockdowns.

Truth - another great reminder of "teh new normal". No one would ever realistically dream of abolishing the income tax yet it should definitely be done. Our Government is extremely bloated due to the reasons you listed.Always bet on bloat.

They already were trying to do away with it during 'Rona times because muh germs. There will always be a push for less cash. I wouldn't be surprised if cash isn't accepted anymore at major places in the very near future.

It's interesting to hear members of congress and the president talking about paying your fair share when they don't produce any tax revenue on their congressional/government salaries.

The closer we approach the uncertainty of life's ending the more we wish to trade all of the things we have acquired in exchange for all of the things we have lost: wealth for youth, knowledge for fresh curiosity, resignation for hope. We'd trade our wisdom for new experiences, but it is wisdom that will teach us that at the end of the road the only new experience is death.
