I gain weight really easily if I drink too regularly, probably has more to do with liking those heavy calorie ass beers like stouts than drinking in general haha.

Yep, it's the waiting game all right. The only problem is 30+ year old women really hit the wall so there are no winners in the end.

Yea, that's gotta be it. Our bodies can only take so much hard "athletic" & power training before they start to massively tire of it. & fuking A! My first "cut" was srsly the biggest mistake of my life.

Definitely. I don't put on drink weight because I really only go for whiskey.

Absolutely. If you're aesthetic and keep your hair, you can even still appeal to younger women. My dad's a former bber who'se stayed fit into his 50s, and even younger women are always mirin. When I was in high school, the high school bishes were always mirin.

Now at 34.

I was BADLY out of shape through my entire 20s, started training somewhat seriously at 30, but since 33 I've been training seriously for the first time in my life, first time to have abs and a physique I really rate.

Obviously had I been training in my late 20s it would have been the but I wasn't so it's a what do you call it, something summer for me.

Physically I chit all over my 25 year old self, that guy could barely bench the bar lol.

Damnnn, I hope to be like that in my 50’s. I’ve still got my hair at least and have a date with a 20 year old tomorrow so hopefully staying in shape and having hair will sustain.

That’s pretty incredible man, I think some of us late bloomers might have the small advantage of not having too beat up of bodies like perhaps some might have that played sports their whole life. Not saying that I wish I didn’t play sports in school though, just didn’t happen for me. Was on that Totinos pizza and pop tart time.

I'd say my 20's.

- raging boners
- strong hair
- good skin
- good vision
- white teeth
- strong metabolism
- girls get soaking wet simply just looking at you

It's all going down the drain as I age(32), bb. That is, until I have a son or sons.

Aesthetic wise today.
Performance and strength, early 20’s I was strong as hell no injuries. Now my knees and back hurt like ****. And elbow tendinitis.
Pics from my vacation last week.

Originally car wreck messed it up. Then squatting I had extreme knee pain coming up and I jolted back and that re messed it up lol. Trying to heal from that took YEARS. Went to a spinal specialist doc, and a Chiro 2x a week for years. It’s way better than it used to be but I still don’t load my back or do much for back besides pull-ups and pull downs. A few machine rows light weight. Can’t deadlift or squat really though

Damn man, sounds like you’ve been through hell, sorry you can’t deadlift or squat but at least you’re still able to lift in some capacity. You earned that body though.

Thank you king. Dealing with spinal injury and still lifting around that was awful. Glad to be able to be a bit more pain free.

I like where I am now. I will be 52 mid November. I don't have the cardio I had from ~22-35. After 35 things went downhill. It got really bad. I tried many times to correct. @42, I started making progress, because I hit the bottom and accepted no matter how small the progress....progress was progress. ~45, was pretty good. 50+, pull up strength is ridiculous (I only do body weight) and right now I can hold a solid tuck planche. Goals, expectations changed. Body I have now is very similar to when 22-35, except I am not running sub 7min miles for distance or breastroking 4000 yards non stop faster than whatever swimmer I usually see at a gym pool doing shorter distance. I am trying to get back in to breast stroking.

17. Good genetics and I was addicted to working out. I tied the school record for dips, had records for 2 sprint events (broken a decade after I graduated) and I could out bench and squat the linemen on the football team, but was also one of the fastest 5K XC runners in NY State. Friends would ask me to flex because I had chest and bicep striations, veins popping out everywhere.

The summer before I switched from football to cross country I was running 20-30 miles a week, doing 50-400m sprints at least 2 hrs a week, lifting 4-6 days a week. I lifted year round in addition to practices at school. My conditioning was insane.

Got stronger when I was in my 20s, but that was my best fitness. BRB play football in summer for 2 hrs, then run 6 miles that night.
