Not that hard to fix. Work out and start living a healthier lifestyle. I was at 140/90 like 3 months ago started eating healthily taking supplements like Fish Oil and Muti and now it’s like 120/80

Mine is sometimes below 120/80 and sometimes 130/60 sometimes even hit 140.

Not sure if white coat syndrome or chitty device. Last year they attached some walkman looking device on me that I wore for 24 hours and I averaged about 134/70

Yea, I love it, was in the habit of having 3-5 cups or shots first thing as I am getting ready for work (actually as I am typing this I realize I am 6 in, FML), then getting multiple quad Americanos during the day. I didn't exactly realize how high my total daily had gotten but during covid and work from home when I wasn't grabbing coffee out for "business expenses" I found myself going through 20+ cups/shots a day easily.

134/90 isnt that high. If you have caffiene that morning it would raise it too.

You can get that lowered by natural methods. Cardio and quitting smoking/drinking. Get a monitor and take it every now and then and monitor it. Worse you could do is ignore it and in 5 years its 150s or something.

5'8 193 lbs. yea I skipped out on cardio today but tomorrow first thing in the morning I'll be walking and jogging lol
If you got down to 160 at that height you’d probably solve your HBP

Government health authorities keep lowering the definition of high blood pressure. Officially I believe we all have high blood pressure now.
