I drank 2-3 times this past year.

Started walking, and jogged yesterday...

Gonna start eating healthy mane. Gonna grocery shop, fruits and veggies, oatmeal, etc.

I'm going to give my Dad the rest of my smokes and yea, no more caffeine. Was jogging yesterday and thought damn, not bad for someone with nasal issues, but getting my blood pressure checked, now I know it's not so good.

I had my blood pressure checked around 6 months ago, but the nurse didn't say anything.

yea smoking will do it boyo. quit that stuff.

and for your cardio don't even worry about going "hard". Just literally take it easy. Even pro runners spend most of their miles running easy as fuark (compared to their race pace)

134/90

Yea I'm going to do it naturally, already on meds for mood disorder. I was at the pharmacy and decided to check my blood pressure.

I was up to 127 and got a bit concerned so I adjusted some things and started monitoring at home. Cutting caffeine's down to less than 12 cups a day was the biggest difference for me. Everything else has gone back to my normal habits and I was just at 99 at the doc two days ago.

bro, I swear to god this is just a scare. You are not that high. You need to test regularly in the mornings to find out your true pressure. You are most likely well within fine ranges.

Check out the DASH diet program. It might give you some ideas and insights.

It's importabt to eliminate some problem foods/behaviors but it's just as important to increase your calcium, magnesium, and potassium intake as these all contribute to controlling your bp.
The closer we approach the uncertainty of life's ending the more we wish to trade all of the things we have acquired in exchange for all of the things we have lost: wealth for youth, knowledge for fresh curiosity, resignation for hope. We'd trade our wisdom for new experiences, but it is wisdom that will teach us that at the end of the road the only new experience is death.
