I honestly think they have been pushing conditioning the wrong way. You look at the 90s guys and the guys now and they werent so dry and thin skinned. They had full muscle bellies, deep lines, and looked closer to 8% bf
Now its like everyone needs to be paper thin skin peeled to the bone 4.5% bf dry hard grainy striations everywhere
