No pressure brah, but those urges will eventually come and you're going to need to be prepared to deal with it.

Some people are srs about quitting here. And it's always funny seeing the trolls post in my thread because I was one too. See below.

Gaming is honestly a pretty good one if you're tempted to drink when you're "out". Chill at home and relax.

If you're one of those drink at home in my darkened apartment types though, get outside. Riding my bike is SUPER fun even if I'm just cruising the hood.

I might just buy a ps4 or ps5 and get cod warzone again. I loved playing that game but it's such a time sucker. Alcohols worse though.

nofap/nop0rn
no shave
no bad posture (working on good posture)

started all these late October but already seeing benefits, especially with the nofap/nop0rn. My energy just feels so much better on nofap, definitely not a placebo. Very difficult tho.

I officially started

No deodorant
No fresh soap
No hand soap
No hand sanitizer

I already caved in and took a hot shower but I used a bottle of shampoo as body wash and face wash

I’m still trying. Ugh this is going to suck.

Drank 64 oz of water today, along with cleaning the inside of my car and washing the dishes. I am finally not being a wasteman.

Drinking brings our the demon in me. I lose my touch with God or the higher power. I was blissfully unaware of that until a series of bad things started to happen.

Just ran 0.94 mi in about 10 minutes. Heart rate floated between 145-155. Trying to work up to 160.
Did 2x6 pushups after.

I don't understand the arbitrary month challenges. Like why stop something for a month when you know you're going to resume doing it next month? And it's not like your body can tell if it's October or November. You can work on your goals year round, you don't need to wait for a specific month

Not trying to discourage anybody though. If this is what works for you then go for it

Why stop working out after 3 sets? Why stop running after 26.2 miles? Setting a goal to an arbitrary finish line is still setting a goal.

I'll figure December out halfway through the month.

Yeah the detox started this morning. Running helps release endorphins so it's necessary. Been eating a lot of MgCO3.
