I ran half a mile this morning in five minutes. Got two sets of five pushups in and a 30-second cold shower as well.

Near the end of the shower I made myself throw up by sticking the toothbrush to the back of my throat. I haven't had alcohol, but I've felt nauseous for a long time. In before pregnant.

This is rock bottom for me gents. I simply can't go any lower. It's time to fight my way out.

Feeling nauseous still but I expect health to improve. Gonna go to CVS and get me Natural Vitality Calm AKA Magnesium Carbonate and also OLLY Stress Free gummies. This has always helped curb the withdrawal.

A big reason why it's so hard to quit is because we identify as a drunk. I was just thinking about how I'm going to miss being drunk. Like wtf is that right.
