Ask your doctor to try out ********. I take one a morning and it keeps me going for the whole day.
You are your thoughts. Life is perception, thoughts are perception, perception is reality ergo thoughts are reality, I think therefore I am.

Your car doesn't go 50mph like it used to because now it's all janky and misfiring so you press the pedal harder for more fuel. It now misfires harder and faster but you also go the desired speed.

What the fk...

You've got to quit your job and get one that allows you a proper sleep schedule

Everything else is just cope
A young bull and an old bull were standing atop a hill looking at a bunch of heifers in a field below.

The young bull says "Let's run down this hill and fuk one of those heifers."

The old bull replies "No. Let's walk down there, and fuk them all."

Working nights ****s most people health wise. Srs. Might not be much you can do.

I think I’m an anomaly. When I worked nights I slept a perfect uninterrupted 8 hours everyday from 9-5 srs.

Prior and after, I can never get a full night sleep. Takes forever to fall asleep then I wake up a bunch. My whole life. Generally always feel more tired then I imagine I should.

I thought it was all in my OP, i work nights but I can go to a day shift in 3 months time but I’ve been working nights for 7years. I’d like to solve my issue without going to days but if that’s my only option I’m willing. Seeing if there is something else that’s wrong before that.

I was trying to get the best quality sleep I can possibly get with melatonin, Benadryl, mag, black out curtains, cold room etc.

One word: Cardio.

Do some hard cardio. Jump roping followed by sprints. That will give you energy

I take a deep breath and then empty my lungs completely pushing out all air, then i use the can until i cant take in another peep of air.
I hold it until i need to exhale and feel energized for quite a while. I use caffeine but this is different and no crash.
I wouldnt buy it if it did not work FOR ME.

Cardio helps also, oxygenation......

These two boyo.

I reduced my carbs to about 30-40g a day, and I am getting those carbs from leafy greens. The rest of my meals consist of protein and fat (salmon, steak, chicken thighs). I also don't eat for about 4 hours before bed until about 4 hours after I get up (about 15-16 hrs no food).

Also if I can't get any running in, I do a brisk 3 to 4 mile walk everyday...running is preferred though as it only takes about 20 mins instead.
