Has anyone cured their low energy?
Just feel drained all the time, my sleep is faurked cause I work nights and days worked are different every week. Even when I sleep a good 9hrs... 12hrs... whatever, its never enough. I use melatonin, beny, and/or mag and I do have dreams but I just never feel rested. Throughout the entire day, just dragging. Test levels already checked, been on that OJ replacement, minimal improvement.

I'd say its your job zapping you. Night shift work literally kills T levels. I'm sure it fuks you up in all other sorts of ways too. Get a new job.

See if it's breathing related.
NAC really helped clear my nasal passages so I can breath through my nose properly especially when I sleep. Massive energy boost.

I'm also thinking you might have sleep apnea. Do you sleep alone? Get a sleeping study done
Also if you have night shifts make sure you see some daylight. Either in the morning or later in the day, even if it's just walking around outside for half an hour makes a difference in my opinion

I don’t think I have sleep apnea, gf says I barely snore. I take vit d daily.
I see MD yearly and and get my levels checked, everything is perfect including thyroid.
I can’t quit my job but I can switch to days, I just signed a 3m contract for nights again but after that I’m going to switch to day shifts and see if that helps.

Most importantly, stop the benadryl, that shiit just ruins you for like 2 days, I quit taking it and it helped a lot
Melatonin as well, but to a lesser extent
The monsters and other energy drinks have to go, they just dehydrate you and make you more tired because your body worked overtime all day/night while dried out, if you're gonna have caffeine drink normal shiit like pepsi or just take a caffeine pill
I also stopped fapping until after I went to the gym, ruins whole day if I fap in the morning
Also flirt with girls you don't know that well, it helps me if I've been hitting on girls on tinder or snapchat, I read a study that said this increases your testosterone like 40% for 4 hours after or something
Thats all the shiit thats worked for me recently
Also, you gotta lift

Honest truth - if your sleep sucks, you will never feel energized. Sleep is the most overlooked health aspect these days and ages.

you might also be taking too much melatonin
they sell it in like 5mg pills, but in reality taking more than 0.5mg is probably unnecessary and can make you more groggy the next day and more prone to depression/depressive symptoms.
and get blackout curtains especially since you sleep during the day. make sure zero light in your room when sleeping, makes a huge difference to sleep quality.

Not everyone is cut out for night shift. Lotta people I know get very thrown off by it. Look into ditching those hours and getting on a normal day schedule. Also you must get your circadian rhythm in check and go to bed same time/wake up same time every day.

anyway, yeah i've cured it. for me, i stopped taking all supps. i think the science behind these is iffy and no one has done proper research into long term effects and build up. i stopped taking creatine, ZMA and multivitamins. i can't confirm but my sleep is much better and energy levels are much better after not taking that ****. just eat healthy and what not.
secondly, idk if you can fix this but a fix routine. same time sleep, wake up etc. are you getting enough sunlight too?
and thirdly, maybe a meme but no fap for me. idk if it was the porn or what but i was always fuzzy brained fapping alot.
fictional account.

In the same situation.
Worked in investment banking / finance for close to 10 years. Every night I went to bed a 3.30am and woke up at 8am. It has completely fked my sleep up and now I feel tired and chitty all the time.
Also tried melatonin, sleep pills, have a CPAP machine, had hormones checked (normal). Nothing really works.
