Anyway, you're free to disagree with me.

There are/were bareknuckle promotions brah. Most unlicensed boxers weren't "too unskilled" to get licensed, they had lengthy organized crime records which excluded them from consideration.
I haven't seen any-the videos posted here & those I have seen on YT are all with boxing gloves on. Not saying there wasn't some fights without gloves-but I haven't see any & any search of McLean & Shaw throws up boxing glove fights.

Not sure about that-pretty sure a lot of the boxers had criminal records & got licenced. Probably they could have turned pro, but would have struggled to win a fight agaisnt anybody decent judging from the footage. Are you not embarrassed watching those videos & seeing the total lack of skill & cardio? Most likely they were too busy being in & out of prison, working as minders, bouncers etc to dedicate themselves as a boxer needs to. Let's face it these people were undisciplined thugs/nutjobs.

this had me splitting a gut! omg! I can't stop laughing

this dude took 38,000 left/right combos with 0 defense, fell over like a dead body, and perked right up to his feet like "what? this is my style." and just fell right back into the other dude's fists.

This legitimately looks like it could be a Monty Python skit it's so ridiculous to watch

Most of the guys people like McLean & Shaw were fighting were fat/obese binmen, bouncers, miners etc. The way some people here are carrying on you would think this was an Olympic level event & they were knocking out elite boxers & athletes, instead of it being an unlicenced freak show with untrained slobs who had won a couple of bar fights against the local drunks, or knocked out somebody on their council estate over a parking dispute & thought they were Superman.

This man was exactly what I was looking for on YouTube the other day. I was like, I wonder if there's any super aggressive in-fighter boxers. Couldn't find any.

Man was a lunatic LMAO!!! First vid gave guy infinite lefts and rights and then spammed headbutting in this fight to the point the other guy tried it and most likely hurt himself LOL
