Feels like i did 100,000 pushups, so sore and chest is burning. But I’m so happy i did this. Still feel a bit woozy but wanted to post this update. To those who got it done, thanks for your words. I see my doctor again tomorrow for post-op, can’t wait to see pictures of my fat and gland

I’ll get everyone on R/C
Happy for you bro. Keep us updated on the recovery process. You should still have full strength right after you recover?

What’s up dude. Long time no see!!

I totally agree with you man. But I’ve done that before and my gyno remained. Losing as much BF was the plain except my mom went through some health issues and so did i. Will work as hard as i can once I’m cleared. I want to post an update in February

I did go up in weight. But it is gyno. Even when I’d lean out, the puffy nipples were still there.
And brb let me believe you over a plastic surgeon who just removed the gyno gland out my body. Not every gyno looks the same, some of it is very noticeable, others are more subtle

How much gland did they extract? Mine were 2 golf ball sized lumps. I wasn't that fat when I went in, maybe 16-17%. The surgeon tried to do some fancy lipo thing in my upper chest supposedly to create scar tissue to help my sagging nips up a bit. Over a decade of 2 heavy lumps under your nipples and my nips hang down to the lower pec even today unfortunately.

Follow your recovery plan (it goes really fast), and then I'd advise you to try and shred down as much as possible so that you can actually see your pec outline. That will be really rewarding for you. I remember when that happened for me. Finally had 'pecs' and not sort of pecs with 2 puffy ass nips poking out.

Most recent pic I have from the past month. My pre-op pics are on some drive but the difference is shocking.

in natural people (non roiders) gyno is mostly a result of hormonal imbalance during puberty, so estrogen glands built up on the nips and they stay there

the procedure of a standard gyno surgery is to remove those glands, a lot of people carry extra fat so they just do lipo on that area too, to completely remove anything that bulges behind your nips cuz the annoyance comes from a bulge (doesnt matter if its the glands or fat)

however, standardy gyno surgery is removal of those glands that you developed during puberty

any one that knows what gyno is and what it looks like, knows that OP had a 100% case of actual gyno that would not go away if he lost weight, it is very evident just from looking at his super small pics
Thank you. Exactly. When people Google “Gynecomastia” they usually see extreme cases in the results. However Gynecomastia is simply having that annoying estrogen-fed gland before the nipple which makes it “puffy” and turn into a lighter color. I got that removed plus Lipo around, which obviously was just fat.

Now i have the honor and privilege and be able to lean out while not worrying if my boobs/puffy nipples will persist. Oh and damn it’s gonna feel good wearing a white t-shirt.

Dude thanks for your words and sharing your brief story. Your pecs look amazing!! Only those with gyno know how annoying it is/was.

My surgeon is going to text me pictures of how much fat was removed and a picture of the glands. I’ll share those here. Apparently i guess there wasn’t much gland, just mainly behind the nipple. I didn’t require drains, which are needed in most cases.

for my surgery, my surgeon gave me a local and that's it. He basically filled up my pec area with numbing saline until I looked like I had c cups lol. He said, "Dude you look stacked right now." I was wide awake and talking to him while he was operating. He kept cracking jokes throughout. The only thing that hurt is when he started sticking the lipo wand up my chest where it wasn't numbed out, so I felt it scraping against my pecs literally and against the inside of my skin. He put the lumps of glandular tissue right on my chest and held them up to me so that I could see when I asked. It was over fairly quickly, he stitched me up, put the bandages and compression vest, no drains. Gave me some instructions, a prescription for a mild pain reliever with a bit of codeine in it. I got it filled, took 2 and went to the zoo immediately after (srs). Then I went back to my hotel room and had a few beers and watched a stupid spelling bee on tv and drove home the day after.

That vest fukingstankafter a week of draining saline fluid and blood into it. I couldn't shower that area for 2-3 weeks if I remember correctly. I was able to take it off to let it aerate, though, and take photos.

I wish I could find those photos and my thread I made here for you. I tried to no avail.

^^ wow I’ve heard of surgeons using local/regional anesthesia. That’s good though, you didn’t need to worry about the anesthesia phenomena, that’s what i was worried about.

You drank right away? Lolz. They told me i can’t drink for 4 weeks after surgery.
I’m only walking right now as my exercise, how long were you out of the gym for?
