Getting Gyno Surgery TOMORROW! (Reps to 5 miscers)
I’m so ****ing happy, misc. Still remember being 16 (i had just created this account hehe) and googling “puffy nipples” and getting results of “gynecomastia”. I’ve been wanting this surgery I was in High School. My life is about to change. For those who have it, you already know the feels. I may not have a major case of it, but it’s big enough that it’s an insecurity for me. Going to cost me $8000 including the surgical center/anesthesia but luckily I have the means for it.
Anyway, it’s a party for me, so reps to 5 random miscers!
Edit/update on page 2
This picture is my first before and after (day 1) i also posted it on page 2. Still trying to post a second picture except I’m trying to figure out Flickr
Yes I recognize i probably should have gotten Lipo on my stomach as well. But i know i can lose that fast, it’s always been my man boobs that i struggled with the most.

Best of luck.
Went through the same thing, had some from puberty but then proceeded to make it worse from bike riding.
Recovery took a while for me, compression wraps and rest.
100% worth it

Morning fellas! Today is the big day!!! Been waiting since 2006, which ironically is when I joined here.
1. My life is about to change.
2. I can finally wear white t-shirts
3. Doctor hasn’t given me compression shirts but did mention wearing a compression vest for a couple weeks, and also having drains come out of me.
4. Will rep on rc

I'm actually super interested in this. I had heart surgery when I was a kid and the scar tissue for some reason triggered pretty bad gyno all around the scar on the left side of my chest. I kind of want to get fixed at some point but keep putting it off.
Good luck OP, can't wait to hear your thoughts.

I also had gyno and posted about it on here. I had the surgery back in 2015 I think. Definitely life-changing dead srs.
Best of luck and enjoy your steady increase in self-esteem and self-confidence afterwards

Done with surgery!
I was so scared of anesthesia that i completely underestimated the pain of the actual surgery. Thank God for pain-killers. Process went pretty smoothly (of course, since i can’t remember a ddamn thing). Surgeon put a compression vest/protector over my titties and chest. He did Lipo and the removal of gland. Feels like i did 100,000 pushups, so sore and chest is burning. But I’m so happy i did this. Still feel a bit woozy but wanted to post this update. To those who got it done, thanks for your words. I see my doctor again tomorrow for post-op, can’t wait to see pictures of my fat and gland
I’ll get everyone on R/C
