I'm probably biased because I enjoy OHP (and variations of it) more than most chest movements.

I'm probably just working on rehab chit for my knee today. Just started up again a month and a half ago coming off injuries and haven't gotten into a proper program yet, so I've kinda just been yoloing some full body.
Think my plan is to split push/pull and then just pepper legs in [i have to hit legs like 4x a week for my knee, fukn blows].
Lifted yesterday and hit:
curls
incline BB bench
little bit of deadlifts
mix of front and back squats, failed 295x1 for a backsquat. Need to work on core/back strength.
weighted chins
Might take some inspiration and throw in some some curls/tris for the girls today and hit a bit of arm/shoulder/abs work at home. Abs also need some TLC, haven't been giving them the prioritization I want to.

Went this morning around 7, started with squats and then bb lunges, then dips, lat pulldowns, then supersets cable fly and straight arm pulldown, followed by supersets of ez bar curls and tri pulldowns. Just a light bonus workout since I woke up and felt like going this morning. Then a YUGE breakfast with the family. Nice morning.

Push+leg Pull/+eg is one of my favorite splits, honestly. 4 days per week, hitting legs every day. Obviously not squatting hard all 4, justsomethingr/t legs each day.
I do as well...got the one from Black Widow.
[Img]https://i.imgur.com/qOHX4c0.jp/img]
My gym has one that looks like this (I don't know the actual brand):

I like the round tubing rather than boxed. It's more comfortable to use against the body.

There's also the one with a cutout for your head for overhead press which looks nice, but never tried it.
