What do you do

I hope you mean aside from aggressively blasting carnivore farts at the dinner table and awkwardly injecting horribly offensive obscenities into normal conversations

Why do I read so many threads where people care so much about what their family thinks of them? What are you 12? Are they paying your bills? Do they wipe your ass and breast feed you?

This is what soy ham looks like, if you're curious.

No not at all, just politely tell them that you don’t eat soy just as they would that you don’t eat meat.

go with it. It will be miserable.

Next year, payback time. You invite them. No veggie option whatsoever. Pit roast, lamb chops extra rare, sheeps head, entrails, squirrel.

I would also like to be invited to this quintessential UK holiday feast. I can bring the treacle tart, the mincemeat pies, and the blood pudding.

I'd get drunk at Chinese restaurant and fill up on house fried rice then show up way after dinner is over to visit.

Look boyo if they didn’t offer some way to provide you some meat but invited you / offered, they are being offensive and trying to convert you.

I always always always offer my vegan employees special cooked vegan dishes for staff meal and am overly considerate to make sure they have vegan options. They road goes both ways, what they are doing is the same as me inviting a vegan over for dinner and expecting them to be full from a few veg sides that are expected to pair with meat.

You should 350% order a large meat lovers pizza and time the delivery to be within the first 15minutes of dinner. Sit down and make a small plate and stall out, then go answer the door first and snag your pizza when it arrives.

I just put a large Papa John's pepperoni pizza in the downstairs fridge. Situation resolved.

Would they eat meat at your place? No? Then why would you eat ****ing soy at theirs? Bring a steak and have that while they chew on soy.
