Vit D is a miracle supp for us
I take 5,000 IU/day ~5 days a week
It's a good idea to add in C, K2, and magnesium
https://www.imaware.health/blog/vitamin-d-and-magnesium
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/30541089/
100 mg Mag citrate capsule is enough and most Walmarts carry it
https://www.google.com/search?q=vita...+and+magnesium

I already had pterostilbene, which is actually effective Resveratrol, and has general antiviral properties. And already had some other immune boosters like turkey tail mushroom extract.D3, Magnesium, Zinc, C crew checking in!
We start getting colds in my household and I make concoctions of those in juice. The cold/flu virus gets stopped in its tracks. It's pretty sad that after nearly 2 years people are still unaware how powerful D levels are against the Coof.

just lol if you haven't been taking Vitamin D3 before covid. what i've been taking for a few years
5K IU D3
Mg
Zn
I also take Biotin/Ashwaganda/K2 but probably going to sub out Ash for something else, maybe Quercetin or NAC. I also take a lot of Vitamin C whenever I feel that a cold may be coming in. Haven't been sick for a few years aside from food poisoning from Chipotle lol.

Vitamin d regulates your immune system its a hormone. I'm convinced I reversed my autoimmune disease by getting vitamin d levels in check.

Take a multi as well as Vit D, C and NAC. NAC is a game changer for me for alcoholism. Last time I tried to quit by tapering off, I'd get what I think is a seizure momentarily. And it kept happening every time I relaxed till I had a drink. Also had really bad shakes through most of the day getting worse the farther from last drink I had. That was before NAC. After NAC, especially since I started taking more, very little shakes to none. Last night I drank just over half of what I normally drink, woke up and after a while started getting the momentary "seizures" again, but not as bad as the last time. Kept getting when I relax enough for 10 minutes or so. Decided to take a dose of NAC and it completely stopped.

I'm just smart about my sun exposure. I rarely wear sunscreen, only when I know if i can't avoid the sun for a period of time (15min or longer) try your best to avoid peak midday sun. For peak vitamin D mogging, stand naked outside, more skin exposed, more vimtain D is produced. Put a towel over your face if you're really worried about aging.
this reddit thread says the sun aging your skin is pretty overrated. I still won't be a retard and just stand outside all day and get burnt

the sun is pretty harsh here, so it is different for everyone
