I take a small bag for my keys, sweat jacket I wear there in winter, Rehband knee sleeves, straps and a band that I use to warm up my shoulders before my workout.

All I carry is a shaker cup filled with EAAs and creatine, when at the gym. If i'm working out legs, I simply just wear my squat shoes. For straps, I just borrow them at the front desk. Don't ever use a belt, really don't see the benefit for one. (Ded fkn Srs)

I suggest working on your flexability and not going so heavy. My legs actually have improved over the years by not going so heavy with legs, and doing higher reps. I also started incorporating squatting on a box, because I noticed less strain on my joints and lower back. I also do a tremendous amount of single legged exercies, to include Bulgarian split squats and single leg deadlifts with dumbbells. (Ded fkn Srs)

Thanks for the advice man.. I still have it stuck in my head that heavy is the way to do when squatting/deadlifting. My flexibility has definitely diminished over the years, hamstrings especially (I stretch them frequently, but still frequently tight at the beginning of a workout).

because carrying that chit around separately is aids

so you just bring your entire bag in that you used to carry gym gear/shower stuff if showering there, toiletries etc. ALl one bag that also has gym accessories in. Whats the issue?

I had a similar issues. Need to work on your hip mobility and stretch your quads too. Legs can be compicated, when one muscle group is tight, that norally isn't the root cause for your issues. A lot of issues with knees, lower back and the hamstrings is from a lack of hip mobility. (Ded fkn Srs)

LMAO you couldn't be more spot on.

"Makes an absolute performance of taking his hoody off "

Usually it's the 5'7" twink too. He thinks he's gonna get the same attention the HBB gets when she sheds the t-shirt to training bra.

Feels good walking in with just a plain black tee, water bottle, and mogging the chit outta those cocksuckers.

Car keys, wallet, Phone, water.
Those 3 items alone warrant a bag. I have misplaced my keys twice and left my phone in the bathroom once, ever since I started bringing a bag this has not happened.

I have a drawstring bag. Extra shirt. Towel. Nicotine gum. Car keys. Headphones.

And I’ll put my sweats in there if I wear them and get hot

I don’t like the duffel bag look, it is a little over the top. But I do like to have something to put stuff in so your pockets aren’t bulging.

I use a Fanny pack. It holds everything I need for a workout. Here’s what I can fit in there:

My phone
My AirPod Pro case
Keys
A tube of chapstick
Hardware wallet
Towel for wiping down bench
And more

I keep it on me throughout the workout and alternate it between front and back depending on what exercise I’m doing.
