Why the fuk do people carry bags around the gym?

Like there’s no way you need more than 1-2 accessories per workout session. Please explain wtf people are doing. Aside from like straps/wraps, belt, etc. there’s nothing you can’t leave in your car or the locker room

Squat shoes, boxing gloves, personal equipment(rope), 0.5 plates, the list goes on.

You’ll understand after you spend more time in the gym, op.

Always thought that was hilarious. Dudes in there with huge duffel bags of chit. I typically always walked into the gym empty handed srs.

I did kind of want to fill up a duffel bag filled with supplements, wrist wraps, water bottles etc just for the experience and to look alpha tho srs

I have my own pull down bar that I bring for back day. Chalk, lifting straps, manta ray for squats, my notebook, and my captains of crush grippers.

Now OP can go back to sitting on a piece of equipment, texting, taking selfies, lifting like a pu$$y, and bitching about people who have a gym bag......

Its for their eventual home gym. They steal one plate or dumbbell each visit and one day they will have a full setup at home.

Oh my b. Didn’t know you used chalk, lifting straps, crush grippers (is that for doing kegel exercises?), and a fuking personal bar all in a single workout. Is this you?

OP doesn't need a sponge, because he keeps all his accessories tucked away in his angus. Hands free baby!

Here is what you are forgetting about most gyms. They all have a sign that says not responsible for lost or stolen personal items, so please dont leave them here..

Most of the gyms that i have been 2 over the last 2 decades have had break ins by really good criminals. Wallets cell phones and many other personal items, so besides not having your chit taken, yes people do bring in gym " supplies".

Next time ask one the guys that you see doing it. It doesnt bother me because they are usually on the floor in a corner.

It's annoying as fuk.

Little twinks having their huge bags in the middle of crowded gyms.

I just walk in with a water bottle and warm up with their max.

True. I get it for that reason alone. However, I don’t go to poverty gyms, so I just leave random gear in my car and bring it in with me as needed. Preworkout and protein shakes before/after at home.

Its always the guy who comes in wearing a hoody gets a pump and then makes an absolute performance of taking his hoody off, he wants maximum attention when he does it.
