There is a point in time where I would have never believed you but today I see the 2 parties for what they really are.

The real left and real right want the world to be a better place for everyone but disagree on how to get there.

Hit your protein and fat minimums to stay healthy and keep your gainz.

Use the internet to learn why you should do these things and how to do these things.

Just starting viewing Russell regularly a few months back. He keeps insisting otherwise but he's firmly on the right now and is pro-Trump, though in large part due to the Left flying off into whacky land. Take a drink every time he says "spiritual"! (of your favourite spirit)
