What was a "popular" movie/tv show that you just couldn't get into?

Ozarks. Nothing wrong with the show but got 4 episodes in and just couldn't care about any of it.

All of that. And I liked the GOT books.
Ozark I tried, quit, tried again...it has just now really got my interest at episode 6 or 7. Watched episode 9 last night and it was pretty good.
Went to see Once Upon A Time In Hollywood in the theater. Just could not connect with it. Left after an hour or so because I was that disinterested.
I haven't walked out of too many movies. Being John Malkovich I left after the chick was kissing the chimpanzee...nope...too freaky for me. I walked out of The Ghost And The Darkness because it was too tense and scary.
And I remember an old Van Damme movie...The Journey maybe...that was so so bad, but I think we gutted it out and then had fun talking about how bad it was after.

Yellowstone
Sons of Anarchy
The Sopranos
It took me multiple attempts to get into The Wire. I finally did get into it, but stopped watching midway through the season with the kids. It felt like the show peaked at the end of the previous season. I’ll eventually finish it.

Peaky Blinders...got through 3 episodes and quit.
Westworld...actually made it halfway through 3rd season before I was done
It's Always Sunny... all I recall were people yelling really loud and flapping their arms
I don't get most superhero movies or Jason Bourne, so I just don't bother watching. Don't think I ever turned a movie off halfway.

Peaky Blinders, saw the first episode and was planning to watch the whole series but never made the time to continue watching. I guess the first episode didn't spark enough interest for me.

Any anime aside from watching DBZ as a child.
And I've tried a bunch of the ones people rave about. Attack on Titan, Demon Hunter, Ghost in the shell, etc. I never make it more than a couple episodes. I just find the way the Japanese write dialogue to be impossibly cringey.

I call it "Celebration". It's sexual, and violent...

Christopher Nolan movies. Dude is a sh!t filmmaker. His movies are boring, he needs a better editor, he can't shoot action for sh!t, all of his dialogue sounds like it's written by a nihilistic 17 year old who just discovered Nietzsche. Michael Bay is infinitely better as a filmmaker than Nolan, and that is not meant as a compliment to Michael Bay.
Nolan is just that bland and incompetent. Color draining filters, poorly edited overlong movies, and every character explaining the plot or their motivations through lengthy, META monologues don't = a good film. It's a different sort of trash.
The Dark Knight is the most overrated movie I've ever seen. Just an absolute turd people were tricked into loving because one of the stars died tragically just before launch. Not saying they "sacrificed" Heath, but they sure acted like they did once he died, leveraging his death as a massive marketing scheme. Was weird.

Sons of Anarchy. The gang interactions were interesting af but I couldn't get past the melodramatic family issues. I like Mayans MC better tho.

Agents of Shield. Didn't realize it was a b-rate daytime comic book soap opera. Tons of nerds saying "jUsT wAtCh tILL tHiS sEasOn BRO" and it just never got entertaining. Waste of time.
Also, fukin Squid Games. What a lame ass show.

It's Star Wars for me. I've seen all of them too.
Thought I'd hate GOT because everyone wouldn't shut up about it. Thought it was rather good until the last few episodes.
And just lol at not liking Tenet.
