What was a "popular" movie/tv show that you just couldn't get into?

Movie: Tenet, fell asleep like 20 minutes in

TV show: The Wire, tried to give it a chance, watched the first 5 episodes but just couldn't stay interested in it.

I couldn't get into Breaking Bad, which is weird because i did like Better Call Saul. That Jesse character was a full on degenerate and I couldn't watch him on screen, instant rage.

Friends. Seen some funny clips online, and Joey brings lulz, but zero interest in ever watching a full show.

Breaking Bad I started watching and liked it, but once I saw how many seasons there are, and realized I would have to commit the next 6 months of my life to it, had to pull the plug.

Yellowstone is the most popular show on cable - it's season 4 finale a few weeks back was apparently the most watched tv episode in like 6 years.
I couldn't make it 20 minutes into the first episode. I loved the wide vista shots of the montana landscape, and some of the storylines actually were interesting to me....but Kevin Costner's acting legit just kills any momentum. It no joke sounds like he's just reading the lines out loud from the script page. No actual acting at all. Was putting me to sleep.


I gave up on Tenet about two hours in (in a 4 hour movie). Complicated doesn't mean quality.
