This is 100% false. It will burn dietary fats as energy but it will burn no more preferential fat than carbs if protein is kept the same and activity is kept the same.
it might not make a difference for those that are fairly lean or on juice.

but if you are fat it will help fix your insulin resistance and stop causing your insulin from spiking. that is why it is recommended by many to help lose fat.

Depends on your phenotype (srs)

Theres no 1 size fits all diet, the one that will work best for you is the one closest to what your ancestors would have ate.

Example keto would be good for pacific islanders who are mostly coconuts and fish

Would not be good for Asians who evolved eating loads of rice.
