That's actually a good size
The closer we approach the uncertainty of life's ending the more we wish to trade all of the things we have acquired in exchange for all of the things we have lost: wealth for youth, knowledge for fresh curiosity, resignation for hope. We'd trade our wisdom for new experiences, but it is wisdom that will teach us that at the end of the road the only new experience is death.

Thing is as a natty getting bigger means getting fatter after a certain point
I don’t wanna be DYEL either though

Thing is the gym gets pretty boring after a while because you can’t increase your lifts after a certain point without bloatmaxxing
I peaked at 140kg x 5 squat / 100kg x 5 bench / 185kg x 5 deadlift while pretty shredded and then my lifts started regressing because I refused to bulk

They say 5 lbs per " if you're a male, 4.5 lbs per " if you're a female.
Bruce Lee: 5'7 - 135 lbs, if he was 6' he'd be 160 lbs
Jackie Chan: 5'8 - 145 lbs, if he was 6' he'd be 165 lbs
Tom Cruise: 5'7 - 150 lbs, if he was 6' he'd be 175 lbs
TBH I think I'd go for 165 at 6". I'm 5'10 trying to go for 155. If you've got more muscle than me, which is probably likely, then maybe 160-165 is good. I think I wouldn't want to be above 170 though.

At least 200 so you cant be tossed easily by giants
220 would be nice if your body type could adjust to the muscle and still have some endurance
But 10 to 15% BF max.
