i like front engine cars.

not a big fan of mid engine cars as touring in them is not fun with all the engine vibrations behind your ears.

There is a reason most all true performance cars are mid engine. Also in most of these cars there is very little 'vibrations' behind your head. These high-revving motors are actually quite smooth. From a handling perspective, the more equal balance is really a joy.

It is hard not to love a car like a 812 superfast. We were out at breakfast a few weeks ago, and my buddy paked his 812 next to my lotus and we were laughing.
That car is an ANIMAL though straight line. He made my buddy in a new F8 look like he was driving a civic! That car hooks. He has is decatted and straight-piped. Just glorious!

The AMG Black series is a cool car, but it is a monster to handle on the track. It works because there is so much down force built into the car. Combine downforce with brute power and add enough of both and it is a winning combo. Very similar to the Viper ACR. I would not call it refined though. Kinda more a sledge hammer type car. I love them as well. Just feel super lucky to play with and get to experience these cars. One of the blessings of Covid for my son and I was we just found our outlet in cars. Over this time made some great friends along the way!

The coolest thing, is my son can get his drivers permit now. I am super excited. He has a year and a half of track driving, and now I can let him drive on the street. I might be more excited than he is. Super lucky to be able to share this stuff with my kids.

So like many things in life, things change. My buddy bought a different Black Series today. He is a fan of silver cars. Personally I like the orange better.

Nice car. Insane at how high over sticker these are going. This is 240k over sticker. 430 miles. This is his new daily. (srs) He is a little nuts on the car stuff for sure.

That 812's a work of art. Not really a "car guy" myself but a 12 cylinder Ferrari would probably be one indulgence in that area if I had money to burn. Just the sound of that engine alone....

Wow that's beautiful.

I think you'd love watching Andrew Tate's stuff on youtube where he has his daily life. Half of his videos are him buying and driving super cars. Probably has 10 million worth of super cars.

Makes me want to get one but I'm too poverty to even look at them right now haha

Yea, the 812 is a very special car. AND monstrously fast in a straight line. Here is a vid from our breakfast run and my two buddies came to a light at the same time. One is a brand new F8 and you can see how bad the 812 smokes him. Traction control is kicking in all the way through the first 3 gears to keep the tires planted. Car is a monster
