I mean more from a crime viewpoint. Kind of LOL to be called the greatest country in the world and yet we literally only have one plant that produces baby formula and was shut down for months and we need to import from abroad. Not to mention mostly everything major is imported anyways.

i have to say.. with most of your list i was thinking "liberal causes" throughout except for "public healthcare" - i mean your point being lack of public healthcare

but there is something to be said for republicans/ GOP for allowing it to happen...

at the same time.. i'm not sure that's the case. this also happens to coincide with a demographic shift within the u.s. just keep importing something different... below 30 all "minorities" outweigh whites. though, no individual race themselves is close

it seems like you could have a country that stays relatively the same, but just keep importing something different and different until they're no longer the majority. and now you've changed everything

The US should have a Stalin type dictator and get it over with.

No joke, in Chicago, if you want to file a police report someone needs to be shot. If you want detectives to actually look into it and catch someone (30% homicide closure rate) someone needs to be killed.

It's literally a joke at this point.
They'll happily issue you a traffic citation or parking ticket though.

As compared to what?

Australia? The banana republic

-Entire economy is built on selling raw resources, houses and citizenship via fake uni degrees
-Politicians constantly get replaced mid term without elections
-Run by left wing warlords (state premiers) who divided up the country over a flu

Very recently we had a lot of homeless shipped here . They stay at the Trudeau sponsored motels in town .
Nothing short of gobsmacked, as crime has jumped up here exponentially . Can’t imagine what will be like in another few years

I'm a finance brah and I remember when I was in college, barely 10 years ago, people like Buffet, Gates, Bezos, and Slim fought for worlds richest man. They all tended to flux between 40-60B... which is crazy money. Barely 10 years later, that's nothing. What Musk and Bezos have is wildly insane. It's more than quadruple.

But it's not just the super billionaires.
The regular billionaires have gotten much richer.
The super millionaires have gotten much richer.

Etc.... etc.....

But pay of the standard worker (from the factory worker to to the accountant to the doctor) has largely remained stagnant.
And in the meantime, housing is up 30% (corrected for bubble), food is up, gas is up, everything is up.

So yes, in many ways the US is creating subservient country. But not a 3rd world country. We have food stamps and free health care for the poor. We're creating a country where a middle.class doesn't exist.

You're rich or you're poor.

Some small differing levels, but what made the USA great was the MIDDLE CLASS DREAM. It was the fabric of society as we know it.

What the US is becoming and will soon be?
Look at
- Brazil
- Russia
Etc.

Very soon to be Canada.

I'm US - But Our fellow brahs in most parts of Canada can't make over 100k. Their partners do too. Over 200k family income can't afford a shack in any of the major cities.

The Boomers tell them to move to cheaper areas, bit at the same time demand everyone return to the office where a 1bd 1bth apartment rents for 3k.

And we're seeing it happen here in the US... just more slowly.
Literally this.
The fabric of society was kept together by the American Dream--hardworking men using their energy for advancement of career, attention to famoily, raising a successful generation

Now weve created a society where for the average person, the juice is not worth the squeeze, young men largely remain single and frustrated with no productive place to put their energy. So instead of grinding at work, coming home and raising a family, they opt out of society and either rot with video games or adopt a life of crime and violence.

I'm aware of the cost of living differences. My boss, who goes there every winter, (or summer in NZ) said it's like Hawaii (cost of living included) but without the rampant homelessness, and I'm perfectly okay with that.

Also, I'm not renouncing my US citizenship, I would be applying for dual citizenship so I'd still have the luxury to come and go between the two countries as I please It's just better to have options rather than not. America is great and all, but noone knows the future state of their country.

Not sure why everyone is so upset at him and not sure why your calling him a thug

He was walking around town, supporting local businesses with the beverage in hand that he spent his hard earned money on, and happened to see a giant typhoid virus carrying mosquito near the camera crew. Since this virus can be deadly, he knew he had to take it out so he was about to shoot the mosquito on her shoulder. But then he realized the virus was actually just the common cold and wasn’t worth the risk

I keep hearing on some of the podcasts I listen to, mention of billionaires like bezos and bloomberg keep talking about the world being over populated. Maybe it is plausible that the theory of a plan to destabilize the country and food supply, with the end goal to limit and even reduce the population is fact.

A lot of people believe this was the goal of Covid but it didn't work out as intended.

Gates is already saying there will be another pandemic within 10 years that's much more deadly.

I feel like Americans could focus on people chitting in the streets as a disease vector, compared to say hand sanitiser

Can’t lock down the homeless after all
