They've got a hiring program for the next 10 years, they're looking for STEM graduates to help build their tech/healthcare sectors, and my expertise match what they're looking for. It'd be a cool change of pace, and if chit seriously hit the fan here, i'd have an alternative place to live. So, its a win win for me.

But it's not just the super billionaires.
The regular billionaires have gotten much richer.

But pay of the standard worker (from the factory worker to to the accountant to the doctor) has largely remained stagnant.
And in the meantime, housing is up 30% (corrected for bubble), food is up, gas is up, everything is up.

So yes, in many ways the US is creating subservient country. But not a 3rd world country. We have food stamps and free health care for the poor. We're creating a country where a middle.class doesn't exist.
