Just to add, Asians are the top earners, with the earliest median age. I believe their median age is about 36, whites are around 38, and blacks are around 40.

This is why I don’t like household income statistics. It’s misleading. Instead, look at individuals, their age, their race…it shines a better light on where you are
There's a lot to appreciate in understanding these numbers, not the least of which is very high earners reporting far less taxable income than they actually bring in
